I am married to a retired Marine, so we have relocated a few times throughout his career. Through all our moves, we have had to do electrical, plumbing, flooring, and all other types of home repairs which has given me a huge edge while helping clients search for a home. I'm not the typical Realtor you see on HGTV that just points out all the pretty stuff to make a sale. I'm right in there looking for defects and problem areas. I want you to feel confident that you have all the information possible before purchasing a home. Conversely, if you hire me to sell your home, I am not afraid to do what is neccessary to get your home ready to list. I have power washed homes, planted flowers, cleaned windows, and brought over staging items to help my sellers get the best possible price. I work hard for my clients, because at the end of the day, I want them to be happy.

On my free time, I love being outside. I play frisbee golf, take my dogs to walk our beautiful coastline, ride my bike around our wonderful neighborhood and watch our youngest son play soccer. One of the joys about living in Virginia Beach is that it is rarely too hot or too cold to be outside.
